Refunds and cancellation
There is no subscription to cancel: everything here is bought once and nothing renews. This page says when money comes back.

What you buy
Studio access, ₹6,999 at launch, is paid once and opens the studio with 6 projects. Extra projects are bought one or two at a time, also once. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel and no notice to give.
Refunds
Write to us within 7 days of a purchase and we refund it in full if it has not been used: no project has been started on the access or the pack you bought. A purchase you have started building on is not refunded, because the model calls and the sandbox time behind it have already been spent on your project. If something on our side stopped you from using what you paid for, write to us and we put it right or refund it, used or not.
How and when
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and show up in 5 to 7 working days, sometimes longer with some banks. We do not refund in cash or to another account.
The free build
The free build asks your bank for a ₹1 hold on a card to tell one person from a thousand sign-ups. It is a hold, not a charge; your bank releases it on its own schedule, usually within a few days.
Who refunds
Appkrafterrz Software Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, the company behind the studio, through Razorpay.
Write to
Write tostudio@build2learn.appwith the email address of your account and the date of the payment. Signed in, the help page sends your payment details along with your message.
